All Urgent Care

An urgent care doctor is a great alternative to an emergency room.  For that reason, an urgent care doctor is often considered the “front line” of medicine and they need to be proficient in evaluating and caring for almost any patient who walks into an urgent care center or urgent care clinic.  For this reason, there tends to be overlap in the scope of practice between urgent care doctors  and all existing medical specialties that involve direct patient care.  Urgent care doctors are a great choice for non life threatening immediate care such as allergies, allergic reactions, skin rashes, sports injuries, sprains, cough, colds, flu, sore throat, cuts, lacerations, stitches, ear ache or infections, broken bones, onsite lab and x-ray, drug screening, STD testing and physicals.
