All Neurologist

A Neurologist is a doctor who specializes in treating diseases of the nervous system and trained to investigate, diagnose and treat neurological disorders. While neurology is a non-surgical specialty, its corresponding surgical specialty is neurosurgery. Many neurologists also have additional training or interest in one area of neurology, such as stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, sleep medicine, pain management, or movement disorders. After graduating from medical school and completing an internship, neurologists complete three years training in a neurology residency program.
